Latest Forecast from IRLCO-CSA – 1st Aug 2014

SYNOPSIS: There were no reports of African Armyworm (Spodoptera exempta Walker) outbreaks received from any of the IRLCO-CSA Member Countries. Forecast (Aug – Oct): Outbreaks of armyworm are not expected in most Member States in the forecast period. Plant Protection units of Member States are advised to start preparing for setting up pheromone traps for forecasting outbreaks.
